Amend HB 658 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) On page 9, line 11, between "38.14" and "and", insert ", 46.03,"

(2) Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____. Section 46.03, Penal Code, is amended by adding Subsection (j) to read as follows:

(j) It is an exception to the application of Subsections (a)(11) and (a)(12) that the actor is an employee of the applicable hospital, nursing facility, or mental hospital.
